We are currently looking for a motivated and fun person to join our group as a PhD student. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the group. The plan is to analyze the effect of thermal fluctuations on the dynamics of active droplets. We want to understand how chemical reactions affect the nucleation of droplets in non-equilibrium environments, e.g., in biological cells. The project will rely on a combination of numerical simulations and analytical calculations.
